10 Men Charged With Soliciting Prostitution

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Police arrested a Nashville elementary school teacher this week during a sting operation to capture people soliciting prostitutes.
Nashville police arrested Joelton Middle School teacher Dejuan Parker, 28, on Wednesday during an undercover operation along Dickerson Pike.
“The thing I find really sad is this person’s a professional,” said Lt. Danny Driskell of Metro police. “He’s supposed to be educating my son, your children. But he’ll have his day in court, and that’s what court’s for.”
Metro Schools officials said Parker is on leave until an investigation into his arrest is complete.
A total of 10 men were charged with patronizing prostitution during the two-day sting.
