Woman, man cited with prostitution activity
A man and woman were cited Sunday evening by Clarksville Police officers on allegations they were participating in prostitution.
According to a CPD report, at 5:43 p.m. an officer saw Carroll Ann Tucker, who CPD said is a known prostitute, getting into a vehicle at the intersection of Power and Walnut streets. The CPD report also said the area is known to be frequented by suspected prostitutes.
The officer searched the vehicle and found a condom, lubricant and a wash cloth, the report said.
Tucker, 40, who gave a Walnut Street address, was cited with misdemeanor prostitution. The man in the car, Andrew Jackson Moore, 46, who gave a Marshal Drive address, was cited with patronizing prostitution.
