Arrow shoots for further success in its second year Tennessee’s only male strip club

Arrow, located at the corner of 5th Ave. and Peabody, is Tennessee’s only male strip club. Such status presents a number of risks in this conservative market, but a recent addition to their staff bodes well for an even more successful second year. New manager Beau Langley has over twenty years experience in the industry, and one of his first goals is to implement new marketing strategies and outreach to the GLBT community and the community at large.

As a unique entity in Tennessee, Arrow, which was named best strip club in Nashville in last fall’s Nashville Scene readers’ poll, is testing uncharted waters in terms of advertising and marketing plans. Langley says they’ve sought advice from several of the female clubs in town, including their nearest neighbors, Crazy Horse.

Nashville Strip Clubs: A Geography Question For All You Teabaggers With "Good Taste"

            The plans by a Muslim-American group to exercise their constitutional right to build a cultural center a few blocks away from “Ground Zero” in New York City, the site of the former World Trade Center, has been the subject of a great deal of handwringing and teeth gnashing from self-described American “patriots.”  They claim it’s not about religious bigotry, because it is “insensitive” and in “bad taste” to build a “mosque” on that “hallowed ground,” among all the gin joints and strip clubs within a few blocks of Ground Zero.
